Who we are
eMate 360 operates this website and the eMate 360 e-commerce platform. Contact us at info@emate360.com. We have branches in Saudi Arabia and India.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone, company, country, your interest and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and your language.
Like most websites, our servers keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare proposals, provide our services and protect the site against abuse. We don't sell your data.
We may also keep records and evidence needed to prevent fraud and misuse, and share them with payment providers and authorities, as the Acceptable use and anti-fraud policy allows.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and your browser's storage to remember your language and colour theme. We use no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@emate360.com.
Changes to our policies
We may change any of our policies at any time. The new version applies to all customers, including existing customers, from the effective date shown on its policy page.
We are not required to notify customers individually. The current version and the full version history are always published on the policy page.
If you keep using the service after the effective date, you accept the new version. Prices you have already paid for a running period are not changed.
