Monitoring and evidence

We may monitor use of our services for signs of misuse or suspicious activity. We keep logs, records and other evidence as needed, for as long as needed.

What we may do

If we find misuse or suspicious activity, we may do any of the following, immediately and without prior notice:

Suspend or terminate your account and your contract.

Keep evidence of what happened.

Withhold the amounts you have paid. No refund is given.

Report the matter to payment providers, app stores and the authorities.

Cooperate with investigations by payment providers and the authorities.

Take legal action through our legal team and claim damages and costs.

Investigation process

During a review we may ask you for identity or business documents, such as an official ID, a trade licence or proof that you own the domain or the goods you sell.

You must send the documents within 7 days of our request. If you do not, or the documents are false or incomplete, we may terminate your account and contract.

We may limit or pause your store while the review is open.

Reporting misuse

If you see misuse of our services, tell us at info@emate360.com.

Changes to our policies

We may change any of our policies at any time. The new version applies to all customers, including existing customers, from the effective date shown on its policy page.

We are not required to notify customers individually. The current version and the full version history are always published on the policy page.

If you keep using the service after the effective date, you accept the new version. Prices you have already paid for a running period are not changed.
