About these terms

These terms cover your use of the eMate 360.com website. Our SaaS plans and the source code licence are governed by their own agreements, provided before purchase.

These terms, together with all our policies, form your agreement with us.

Policies that are part of the agreement

The following policies are part of your agreement with us: Terms of use; Privacy policy; Plan terms and service rules; Payments and refunds policy; Acceptable use and anti-fraud policy.

Each policy is published on its own page, which also shows its version history.

Using the website

You may browse this site and use its forms for genuine enquiries. Don't misuse the site, try to break its security or send automated requests.

Changes to our policies

We may change any of our policies at any time. The new version applies to all customers, including existing customers, from the effective date shown on its policy page.

We are not required to notify customers individually. The current version and the full version history are always published on the policy page.

If you keep using the service after the effective date, you accept the new version. Prices you have already paid for a running period are not changed.
